Dispatch Timelines

Stock items ordered before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Custom-size and custom-printed orders run on a production schedule rather than from stock. Lead time is confirmed in writing when the order is placed, and typically runs 5 to 10 working days depending on quantity and print requirement.

Delivery Time

  • Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 6 working days
  • North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar — 7 to 10 working days

These are indicative. Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or force majeure are outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, volumetric weight and destination pin code. Packaging is bulky relative to its weight, so large consignments are usually charged on volumetric weight rather than actual weight.

Bulk orders above [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD] ship free across India. For pallet-scale or repeat consignments, freight is quoted separately and is often cheaper than the standard courier rate — ask before ordering.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the consignment is handed to the courier. Tracking usually goes live on the courier’s system within 24 hours of dispatch.

Checking Your Delivery

Please check the consignment at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is torn, wet or visibly tampered with, note it with the delivery agent before signing and photograph it. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — claims raised later are difficult to settle with the courier.

Undelivered Consignments

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the consignment returns to us. Re-dispatch is chargeable at actual freight cost. Please make sure the delivery address includes a landmark, pin code and a reachable phone number.

GST Invoice

A GST invoice with HSN codes travels with every consignment and is emailed on dispatch. Add your GSTIN at checkout to have it printed on the invoice for input tax credit.
